JOHNSON AMAECHI (Mr.) LL.B., BL.

Johnson Amaechi attended the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in November, 2012 and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in November, 2013.

Johnson is a brilliant lawyer whose practice areas include Corporate/Commercial Law, Arbitration, Mediation, Litigation, Real Estate transactions, Civil and Criminal Law and he has handled various cases that cut across these areas of Law as a team lead in some of these cases.

Johnson has a passion for settling disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism and he has been a key member of the various teams that represented clients in various Mediation and Arbitration sessions and has gained experience across different practice group at the firm and worked for numerous clients on various transactions.

Some of his key experiences include:

• Successfully represented and obtained a settlement of over N5,000,000 at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse on behalf of a power plant consulting firm in Lagos in respect of a power generation contract.
• Successfully represented and obtained an arbitral award of over N360,000,000 in favour of an Energy Company in respect of a Lease Agreement that involved the leasing of a power generating equipment.
• Successfully represented a Defendant in a criminal charge and obtained a judgment that led to the discharge and acquittal of all the charges that were brought against the Defendant.

He also does Pro-Bono matters and also involved in Prison decongestion activities with an NGO that gave helped to secure the release of several inmates that had awaited trial endlessly as a result of the inability of the State to proffer appropriate criminal charge against these individuals.

He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).

In recognition of his strong ability to proffer practical and workable solutions, Johnson was nominated as a member of the Human Rights Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Lagos Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association, positions that he currently holds.

TEMITOPE ARIBISALA (Mrs) LLB. BL.

Temitope Omogege Aribisala attended the Lagos State University in 2013 and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2014.

She is currently a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Nigeria (ICSAN). She joined the law firm of Ayodele Akintunde & Co. for her mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC) in 2015 and later became an Associate in 2015.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and in 2017 she served as an ad-hoc member of the NBA Lagos Branch 2017 Election Committee and the Programmes and Publicity Committee of the Business Recovery and insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria. In 2021, she iserved as the Secretary of the NBA Lagos Branch Election Committee as well as a committee member in organizing the 2021 BRIPAN conference.

Her practice areas include Commercial Litigation, Labour Law, Arbitration, and Insolvency. In recognition of her participation in Pro-bono activities at the Lagos State Pro Bono week 2014, she received a Certificate of recognition from the Nigerian Law School (Lagos Campus)
