Johnson Amaechi attended the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in November, 2012 and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in November, 2013. Johnson is a brilliant lawyer whose practice areas include Corporate/Commercial Law, Arbitration, Litigation, Real Estate and Criminal Law. Some of his key experiences include: • Represented and obtained a settlement of over N5,000,000 at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse on behalf of a power plant consulting firm in Lagos in respect of a power generation contract. • Represented and obtained an arbitral award of over N360,000,000 in favour of an Energy company in respect of a Lease Agreement that involved the leasing of a power generating equipment. • Successfully represented a Defendant in a criminal charge and obtained a judgment that led to the discharge and acquittal of all the charges that were brought against the Defendant. Johnson does a lot of Pro-Bono matters for members of his church. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). In recognition of his ability to proffer practical and workable solutions, Johnson was nominated as a member of the Human Rights Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Lagos Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association, positions that he currently holds.

Nwabuaku Ezumezu Ebeleju (Mrs.) LL.B BL. MNIM PNM

Nwabuaku was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in February 2012. She attended the University of Benin, Benin-City, Edo State from 2005-2010. She started her career at the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria (November 2011 - October 2012) during her NYSC, after which she worked with Seun Aderibigbe & Co. from November 2012 to April 2013 as an Associate and joined Ayodele Akintunde & Co. in May 2013 till date Nwabuaku specializes in Corporate Practice, Oil and Gas law, Transactional and Commercial Practice and in Company Secretarial Practice. She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, Section on Business Law, Nigerian Bar Association, Professional Negotiators and Mediators and Nigerian Institute of Management, NIM (Chartered) She was awarded with the Employee of the year 2016: Ayodele Akintunde & Co. in 2016, prior to that was awarded with the Cert. of Leadership Training Course: BM Bible Inst. In 2008 and in 2005 was the most Dedicated Youth of the Year: St. Jn. Ang. Church Eric-Moore, Surulere, Lagos.
